  Physics Investigatory Project:  P-N Junction Diode This document is a physics project on the topic of the p-n junction diode .  This physics project aims to explore the working principles of diodes through hands-on experiments and analysis. The objectives are to study diode construction, investigate forward and reverse biasing, and explore diode I-V characteristics. Results demonstrate the forward and reverse biasing behavior of diodes and validate the underlying principles of diode operation.
