Physics Investigatory Project: Diodes And its Application

This document is a physics project on the topic of Diodes and their Application. 
This physics project aims to explore the working principles of diodes through hands-on experiments and analysis. 
The objectives are to study diode construction, investigate forward and reverse biasing, and explore diode I-V characteristics.  
Experiments on forward and reverse biasing are conducted to observe the voltage-current relationship and verify the characteristic exponential curve in forward bias and low reverse current, up to the breakdown voltage. 
Results demonstrate the forward and reverse biasing behavior of diodes and validate the underlying diode operation principles.
